How quickly will I hear back?
We answer as fast as the kitchen allows. If we are mid event it may take until the next day, so if your question is urgent, call or text 502 207 3173 rather than emailing.
Do you have a restaurant I can visit?
Not yet. The Saucy Heart is a catering and event kitchen right now, so the way to eat our food is to catch us at a festival or pop-up, book us for an event, or order delivery through DoorDash or Uber Eats when we are serving. A restaurant is the long term plan.
What information should I include?
Date, rough guest count, venue or city, and what kind of food you are picturing. If you have a budget in mind, say so. It helps us build something that actually fits instead of quoting past it.
Can I order for a same week event?
Sometimes. It depends entirely on what else is on the calendar and how big your event is. Call rather than email so we can check it with you straight away.
Do you cater outside Louisville?
We travel around the Louisville area for events. Send your venue address in your message and we will tell you whether it is in range and whether it affects the quote.
